Arranging Food Service for Your Personal or Non-University Event

  • Call the Catering Manager to make your arrangements. After arrangements for your menu and services have been agreed upon, a 50% advance deposit is required to secure the room reservations and the balance is due on the day of the event.  Prices can be obtained from the Catering Guide or directly from the Catering Manager. Make sure you secure your arrangements for the following:

  • Room reservation (if needed)

  • Menu

  • Type of service

    • Buffet Service

    • Seated Service

    • Reception Service

    • Off-premise Service

  • Price

  • You can also use the option of requesting services using the catering event form and emailing or faxing the completed form to the Catering Manager.

  • Guarantee your reservation by calling Food Services at least 72 hours prior to the event to confirm the number of guests to be served.

  • Cancellations can be made at no charge when the Catering Manager is notified 48 hours prior to the event.  Cancellations without 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% service charge.
