Arranging Food Service for Your University Event

  • Call the Catering Manager to make your arrangements. A requisition does not guarantee service automatically.  Arrangement of services need to be made by phone.  Make your arrangements for the following:

  • Room reservation (if needed)

  • Menu

  • Type of service

    • Buffet Service

    • Seated Service

    • Reception Service

    • Off-premise Service

  • Price

  • You can also use the option of requesting services using the catering event form and emailing or faxing the completed form to the Catering Manager.

  • Do a requisition for the services arranged.  Make sure you include the date of service, the location, number of people and price per person. Prices can be obtained from the Catering Guide or by calling the Catering Manager.

  • Guarantee your reservation by calling Food Service at least 72 hours prior to the event to confirm the number of guests to be served.

  • Cancellations can be made at no charge when the Catering Manager is notified 48 hours prior to the event.  Cancellations without 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% service charge.
